In order to make sure your cake is exactly how you want it, and to help us stay on schedule for all clients, Las Vegas Cake Deals maintains standard ordering policies for quotes, deposits, payments, delivery, setup, design details and cancellations.
These policies are especially important for weddings, large events, detailed custom cakes, delivery orders, floral cakes and orders that require special materials, rentals or setup.
These are the most important ordering points to remember before confirming your cake.
In order to ensure that Las Vegas Cake Deals can properly schedule cakes and delivery for our customers, the following policies regarding price quotes are required. Thank you for your understanding.
Basic cake pricing for Las Vegas Cake Deals cakes includes your choice of the following cake flavors, icings and fillings.
Pastry Palace does offer a wide variety of specialty cake flavors, fillings and icings. You can view available options on our Flavors page. If there are optional selections you would like quoted for your cake, please let us know and we will be happy to provide the additional cost.
No later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event, we will need a final guest count and any last-minute changes to your order. Final payment must also be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event.
A minimum down payment of fifty percent (50%) is required at the time of order to guarantee the selected delivery time and date.
Cancellation fees are based on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled event date.
A refund will be granted, minus a $50.00 rebooking fee.
A refund will be granted, minus a 50% cancellation fee to cover supplies purchased and loss of potential income due to late notification.
No refund will be given if the contract is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the event.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent Pastry Palace from fulfilling the order as agreed upon, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including any deposit.
We make every effort to create a cake designed to your wishes. It is your responsibility to make sure your wishes are clearly stated and that color swatches, photographs and other design details are provided accurately to Pastry Palace.
If real flowers are included in your cake design, please have your florist provide the correct type and number of flowers needed. Flowers must be delivered at least eight (8) hours prior to cake delivery time.
We are not responsible for damages that occur if other parties attempt to place flowers onto the cake after delivery. Fresh flowers are not food products and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants.
If gum paste flowers are requested, we make every attempt to order them in time from our suppliers.
If gum paste flowers are back-ordered or do not arrive on time, we will substitute a quality silk equivalent to carry out your design.
If Las Vegas Cake Deals provides cake stands, dividers or other cake devices not purchased by you, they must be returned within seven (7) days of the event in order to receive a refund of your deposit on these items.
Cake toppers, ornaments, ribbon or other decorations provided by you must be delivered to Las Vegas Cake Deals a minimum of seven (7) days prior to cake delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the cake will be stored and set up in a climate-controlled area so the cake remains intact and retains its original condition.
Pastry Palace cannot ensure that any products are free of allergens, including nuts, eggs or other baking ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
On occasion, Las Vegas Cake Deals may photograph our cakes and reserves the right to use any photographs for display or promotional purposes without notice or compensation.
